FYI, reclaimed steel casing from decommissioned oil wells can be up to 50 years old or older. Some sellers of this material wrongly describe this used material as “Surplus.” If you purchase “Surplus” material, require the seller to certify the material as “New,” since by definition, “Surplus” material has never been “Used.”
